Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PeakifyX, we believe every business deserves complete financial transparency and total peace of mind. Unlike unverified agencies that demand full upfront payments, our commercial relationships operate on a Zero-Risk Milestone Protection Model backed by legal GST compliance.

1. Web Development & Custom Tech Projects

All website development, web applications, and landing page designs are executed under structured milestones:

• Initial Kick-Off Deposit (30%): Covers scope definition, wireframing, architecture setup, and preliminary design prototypes.
• Prototype Review Guarantee: If the initial interactive prototype does not meet the agreed brief, we provide up to two rounds of revisions at no additional charge. If you still choose not to proceed before staging coding begins, you are eligible for a refund of the advance minus a nominal documentation & discovery charge (not exceeding 10% of total project value).
• Final Balance (70%): Payable strictly after your staging review and final written approval. Once code and server assets are handed over, the milestone is deemed approved and concluded.

2. Performance Marketing & Meta Ad Campaigns

For ad management and growth services:

• Ad Spend Protection: Advertising budget is paid directly by the client to Meta/Google platforms via their own verified Ad Accounts. PeakifyX never manages ad budgets through third-party pooled accounts.
• Onboarding & SLA Commitment: If PeakifyX fails to deliver campaign strategy, creatives, and live launch within the agreed SLA timeframe (standard 5 business days), you are entitled to a 100% refund of the agency management fee for that cycle.
• Subsequent Months: Monthly retainer agreements operate on a rolling 30-day basis. Clients may cancel or pause with a simple 15-day prior written notice via WhatsApp or email with zero penalty.

3. Pre-Packaged Combos & Quick Turnaround Services

For standard speed-launch packages (e.g. 24-48h Starter combos):

• Cancellations requested prior to work commencement will receive a 100% refund.
• If initial draft work has commenced within the designated delivery window, refunds are evaluated based on completed deliverables or converted to credit vouchers for alternative services.

4. Refund Processing Time & Method

All eligible refund requests are formally processed through our registered bank accounts:

• Mode: Refunds are credited strictly back to the original source account (UPI, Bank NEFT/RTGS, or Corporate Credit Card).
• Timeline: Processing takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of formal approval.
• Tax Accounting: An official GST Credit Note referencing your original invoice will be dispatched to your registered billing email address.
